Simply the best in Edinburgh. Consistent quality food that is a cut above what you get elsewhere. If you haven’t tried it yet, you are in for a pleasant surprise. If you prefer posh, don’t go there. If you like down-to-earth, friendly staff, supported by experienced chefs who use fresh ingredients, give it a go. In 33 years I’ve had one or two disappointing dishes, and hundreds of outstanding ones. No alcohol, just water or soft drinks. The food makes up for it though.

Without doubt, the best Indian/ Pakistani restaurant in Edinburgh. I’ve been going for 34 years and the taste has remained the same. The restaraunt is nothing fancy, and no alcohol is available, but if what you appreciate is outstanding food, you should probably try this place if you can. It is mostly full most nights, but you usually only have to wait 10 mins for a seat. Prices are reasonable too. Enjoy.
